Great Information – This book was written by an RN and has a lot of useful herbal remedies. There are so many supplements and other alternative remedies out there that it was great to get this information from someone in the medical field.

I enjoyed this book and when time comes of a symptom I will try the supplement that is geared for it. Very easy read with a lot of information.
The book gives you understanding how the testing works with supplements vs. drugs.
Bottom line, we all have to be our own patient advocate! The more you learn the better you understand!
